I always feel nervous with dental visits but Lauren was real easy and relaxing and professional. From the front desk to the back of the office, the entire space is really clean and refreshing and appealing. The dental hygienists are fresh faced, bubbly, neat, and attentive. Dr. Volner was cool as a cucumber and very professional, and he and Lauren explained my treatment options very thoroughly and clearly. I really appreciated that. I’m a new patient but I feel really good about this place.

Man 2: Well, I’ll tell you, they’ve got a sign here that says, “Come on in, we’re awesome.” And that’s exactly what they are. I come here because it’s great service. It’s a family-friendly dental office. What sets them apart from other dental offices is their courtesy, their professionalism, and just their friendliness. They’re a lot of fun to be around. I never come without cracking a smile and making some jokes and that kind of thing.
Woman 1: This office is probably one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to as far as care goes. They have made it just a very comfortable experience all around. When I come here, I just feel like I’m at home. I feel like people behind the desk are my friends. They know me by my name and I just get well taken care of. At Volner Family Dentistry, you can expect exceptional care and smiling faces.
Man 3: First and foremost, the staff just all around is extremely kind. Doesn’t matter which one of the ladies back there in the back work on you or Dr. Volner himself. I’m the kind of person that I’m not a big fan of dental work, but me and my wife, we’ve had everything from root canals to bridges to fillings and things such as that. My biggest thing is the fact that they make you as comfortable as possible. And that’s everything from how welcoming they are to also the pain level they help minimize.
Woman 2: Most of the other dentist office that I’ve been to seem to try to rush you in, rush you out. They’re not as friendly. They’re very friendly and they want you to feel comfortable with whatever they’re doing. And so any kind of questions that you ask, they don’t make you feel dumb or anything like that. The quality of care is top-notch. I’ve been to others that are not, and this one has been great. If I’ve ever had any issue, all I have to do is call or text and they get back with me immediately and are willing to help. We recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a dentist.
Man 4: When patients come here and have work done and they leave, I hope that they felt loved and cared for and connected with me or whichever staff that they come in contact with. I don’t ever want someone to leave with a bad experience or feel that they didn’t get the attention that they deserve.
